Please note the following terms and conditions when booking your facial treatment
with The Facial Club
- Clients must be a member of SkincareStore to receive both email notifications of the upcoming facial programs and to book a facial treatment.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled facial in order to check in for your treatment and complete any necessary consultation forms.
- If you are late for an appointment then the treatment time may be reduced or customised so as to not impact the next facial client. We ask that clients do call the salon directly if running late for an appointment to assist with our scheduling.
- If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled facial appointment, we do require a 48 hour time frame to enable us to allocate the booking time to another client.
- No refunds will be awarded for failure to attend an appointment and will result in a client being ineligible to book a further treatment for a 2 month period.
- It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist and/or salon of any known medical conditions that may inhibit or impact their facial treatment. If unsure please discuss with your medical professional prior to the booking of your facial treatment.
- A client can and will be refused treatment if deemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- The Facial Club and SkincareStore retain the right to refuse bookings or entry to the salon or Facial Club Program.
