When we first conceived the exciting idea for the Facial Club, the concept was as powerful as it was simple: To give you, our members, an opportunity to experience the most up to date and professional hour long facials for the price of only $39.

TheFacialClub.com.au launched in December 2008 and immediately we were flooded with requests to expand the offer beyond our salon in Rozelle, NSW. “Too Far!", “bring the facial club to my suburb” you shouted. So, we worked on delivering The Facial Club Australia-Wide! Less than 4 months later we did exactly that. Our latest featured brand – EmerginC, had over 22 salons across Australia participated. And, many more exclusive brands are lining up to join the program. So, please keep a lookout in your inbox for our next Facial Club offer – after we’ve completed our renovations.

Frankly, we completely under-estimated the demand for $39 facials and the sheer amount of traffic the website would generate. Here are some amazing statistics for you:

• In the last week of April www.thefacialclub.com.au had nearly 25,000 visits!!! We are also proud to announce that during the same time, our site was the 4th most visited Beauty website in all of Australia!
  
  
• On the last Thursday of the month of April (the day we released the facial club email offer) we booked over 1,000 facial appointments in just less than 2 hours and our first salon sold out in 7 minutes! -- An AMAZING result.

Everyone loves a true bargain – but our servers crashed, our payment system had loopholes galore and by the time some members got their email we had already booked out.

Our renovations will deliver a new payment and booking system and generally make the site more robust and easily accessible to our members. In the meantime, The Facial Club offer will be limited to our flagship salon in Rozelle, NSW.
